How we build

Footings dug to frost depth. Ledger boards flashed properly against the house. Joists spaced so the decking doesn’t bounce in five years. Hardware actually rated for outdoor pressure-treated lumber. The boring structural work nobody sees is the reason our decks still feel solid a decade in.
