How does remodeling financing work?
You apply online through our partner Kemba Consumer Resources. On approved credit, you get up to 24 months at 0% intro APR to put toward your remodel. You make regular minimum payments, and we get started on your project. ENE is the builder, not the lender, so the financing is between you and Kemba.
Is it really 0% interest?
0% intro APR applies for up to 24 months on approved credit, as long as you make the regular minimum payments. After the introductory period, the account reverts to the regular terms at a 9.90% APR on the remaining balance. The full terms are in the disclosure at the bottom of this page.
Does financing add to my project cost?
No. Your project price is the same whether you pay upfront or finance through Kemba. We do not mark up the job for financed customers.
What can I finance?
Kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and our other work such as decks, finished basements, additions, and painting. If it is a project we build, it is a project you can finance.
Who is Kemba?
Kemba is a Greater Cincinnati credit union with over 90 years of history and more than 130,000 members. Kemba Consumer Resources is their lending program for local contractors and retailers, so you are financing through an established, local institution.
